Privacy Policy — Vroom Boom Buggies

The short version: we collect nothing.

What data the game stores

Vroom Boom Buggies stores your game progress only on your own device, in your browser's localStorage:

• your buggy builds, owned parts, coins, and achievements
• local race telemetry (lap times, crashes, boosts) used for the Stats screen and Coach's Tips
• settings (volume, mute, touch-control mode, rear-view mirror)

This data never leaves your device. The game makes no network requests, uses no cookies, embeds no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party scripts of any kind. There are no accounts and nothing to sign up for.

Children's privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)

The game is designed for kids. Because no personal information is collected, processed, or transmitted — from children or anyone else — there is nothing to consent to, sell, share, or delete on our side. Parents can verify this: open the browser's developer tools Network tab and play; the game performs no network calls after loading its own files.

Your controls

• Export: the Stats screen has an "Export Telemetry JSON" button that downloads your local race history to a file you control.
• Erase: Settings → "Reset Data" permanently deletes all locally stored game data. Clearing your browser's site data does the same.

Installed app (PWA / iOS / Android)

Installing the game to your home screen changes nothing above: the same code runs with the same local-only storage. The service worker caches the game's own files for offline play and never talks to any third-party server.

Changes

If a future version ever changes any of the above (for example, optional online leaderboards), this policy will be updated first, the change will be opt-in, and the default will remain local-only.
