Terms & Conditions — Vroom Boom Buggies

The short version: play nicely, have fun, and don't break the game for others.

The game

Vroom Boom Buggies is a free, kid-friendly kart racing game that runs entirely in your browser. There are no accounts, no purchases, and nothing to sign up for. By playing the game you agree to these terms.

What you can do

• Play the game as much as you like, for free.
• Install it to your home screen and play offline.
• Share the link with friends and family.

What you can't do

• Try to disrupt the game or the service hosting it (attacking, probing, or overloading the servers).
• Misrepresent the game or its branding as your own product, or redistribute it in a misleading form.
• Use the game for anything unlawful.

Your game data

All progress is stored only on your own device (see the Privacy Policy). Because nothing is stored on our side, we cannot recover lost or erased save data — using Settings → "Reset Data" or clearing your browser's site data permanently deletes it.

Intellectual property

Vroom Boom Buggies, Vroomville, the Flat Tire Five, and all artwork, code, and audio are original creations owned by the Vroom Boom Buggies project. The source code is licensed separately (see the LICENSE file in the repository). These terms don't grant you any rights to the brand or content beyond playing the game.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It's a free toy built for fun — we work hard to keep it running smoothly, but we can't promise uninterrupted availability or that it will be free of bugs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from playing (or being unable to play) the game — including lost progress, lost data, or device issues.

Children

The game is designed to be safe for kids: it collects no personal information and has no chat, ads, or in-app purchases. Parents and guardians are still responsible for supervising their children's screen time and device use.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this page; continued play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
